iPxl for TrueTransparency:

--
The TrueTransparency version of [link] by me.
A tabbed theme with awesome graphics. It'll go well with any White visual style, such as Void2 ( [link] ).

Or, you could make any VS white on XP by going to Desktop > Properties > Appearance > Advanced, select 3D objects from the list and change it's color to white, then apply.

For Vista and 7, Desktop > Personalize > Window Color > Advanced appearance settings, select 3D objects from the list and change it's color to white, then apply. Be sure to use the Basic style (TT bugs up Aero).

i've already worked on the close button and the frames. Its going well. I will upload screenshots now and then. Anyway do you actually want the minimize and maximize buttons or should i hide them? coz i don't know how to hide them but i will research. You won't mind a smaller close button do u?

I love it. By the way Where is the min and max buttons?

don't need them. to max, double-click titlebar. to min, right-click->min. it works better in emerald, trust me.
